Terms of Use

End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

Website: https://tradeor.app/

Contact: tradmark.info@gmail.com

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (these "Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and the operator of Tradeor ("Tradeor", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of Tradeor, including the Tradeor mobile application, the Tradeor website at https://tradeor.app/, and all related services, features, and content (together, the "Service").

These Terms also constitute the end user license agreement (EULA) for the Tradeor mobile application.

By creating an account, connecting a broker, purchasing a subscription, publishing content, browsing the Service, or otherwise using Tradeor in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Tradeor.

2. About Tradeor

Tradeor is a verified social trading journal, social trading network, and performance transparency platform for traders.

Tradeor allows users to connect supported brokers, sync real closed trades, create verified trade posts, add text or media to verified trade posts, keep a trading journal, view performance statistics and dashboards (including prop-firm account dashboards), follow other traders, join or run mentor groups, interact with users, and build a public or private trading profile.

Tradeor is not a broker, exchange, investment advisor, financial advisor, trading platform, portfolio manager, or fund manager. Tradeor does not execute trades, place orders, hold user funds, manage portfolios, provide custody services, or guarantee trading results.

3. Operator and Contact

Tradeor is currently operated from Israel by an individual operator and is not currently operated through a separate registered legal company. References in these Terms to "Tradeor", "we", "us", or "our" include the individual operator of the Service and, if the Service is later transferred to a company, that company.

For all support, legal, privacy, and account-related matters, contact: tradmark.info@gmail.com

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradeor.

By using Tradeor, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You are legally allowed to use Tradeor in your country or region.
  • Your use of Tradeor does not violate any law, regulation, broker rule, or agreement that applies to you.
  • Any registration or account information you provide is truthful and accurate.

If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate the account and delete associated data.

5. Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. Notify us promptly at tradmark.info@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account information up to date. You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, use another person's account, sell, rent, or transfer your account, or misrepresent your identity or trading activity.

We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames (including usernames that infringe trademarks or impersonate others), or require changes to account information at our reasonable discretion.

6. Access Without an Account

Certain parts of the Service may be made available for browsing without an account. These Terms apply to all use of the Service, whether or not you are registered or signed in. Features that involve creating content, connecting brokers, subscribing, messaging, or interacting with other users require an account.

7. Broker Connections

Tradeor may allow you to connect supported brokers and trading platforms, including Binance, Bybit, MEXC, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Tradovate, AMP, MT4, MT5, IG Markets, OANDA, cTrader, Rithmic, Alpaca, and Interactive Brokers. Broker availability may change at any time, and some broker connections may require a paid subscription tier.

Tradeor uses broker connections to read and sync trading activity using read-only access where possible. You are responsible for creating, providing, and maintaining proper read-only broker credentials. You must not provide withdrawal permissions, transfer permissions, trading permissions, account-management permissions, or any other unnecessary permission.

You represent that any broker account you connect is your own account, or an account you are expressly authorized to connect, and that connecting it does not violate your broker's terms or any applicable law. You are responsible for complying with your broker's terms, API rules, and account requirements.

Tradeor is not responsible for losses, account restrictions, incorrect permissions, broker errors, connection failures, API outages, missing data, delayed data, or any issue caused by your broker, your credentials, or third-party systems.

8. No Trading Through Tradeor

Tradeor does not allow users to execute trades through the app. Tradeor does not place orders, close positions, modify positions, manage balances, transfer funds, or withdraw funds. All trading activity is performed outside Tradeor through the user's broker or trading platform.

9. Verified Trade Posts

Tradeor is designed so that users can publish trade posts only from real closed trades imported from connected broker data. Users cannot create a trade post without a trade being taken and closed through a connected broker or trading platform. Users may be able to add text descriptions or media to verified trade posts.

Although Tradeor aims to verify trade data through broker connections, "verified" does not mean that a user is profitable, trustworthy, licensed, regulated, or suitable to follow. Verification only means that the trade data was imported or derived from a connected broker or trading platform based on the data available to Tradeor at the time.

Tradeor does not audit users, does not conduct background checks, and does not guarantee the completeness of any user's displayed trading history. A user may, for example, choose which accounts to connect, and displayed statistics reflect only synced data.

10. Demo, Paper, and Simulation Accounts

If a connected broker supports demo, paper, or simulation accounts, related trade data may appear in Tradeor depending on how the broker provides that data. Users are responsible for understanding whether a displayed account or trade reflects live trading or demo, paper, or simulation trading.

Tradeor may attempt to identify account types where technically possible, but does not guarantee that account type labels will always be complete, accurate, or available.

11. Multiple Accounts and Grouped Executions

Where a user connects multiple broker accounts that execute substantially similar trades at approximately the same time (for example, copy-traded executions across several accounts), Tradeor may automatically group those executions and display a single representative execution together with an indication of how many accounts participated.

The representative execution and any grouped statistics are a display convention only. Underlying executions may differ in price, size, fees, and profit or loss between accounts. Tradeor does not guarantee which execution is displayed as representative or that grouping will always be applied, accurate, or consistent.

12. Trading Data Accuracy

Tradeor aims to display accurate trading data, but we do not guarantee that all data will be complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Trading data may be affected by broker API limitations, missing fee data, commissions, spreads, swaps, funding, partial fills, symbol mapping, leverage, account currency conversion, execution timestamps, technical errors, third-party outages, or other factors.

You are responsible for verifying all trading data, profit and loss, fees, balances, and account records directly with your broker or official trading platform.

13. No Financial Advice; No Fiduciary Relationship

Tradeor does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or professional advice. Any content shown in Tradeor — including verified trades, user profiles, statistics, dashboards, comments, private messages, trading signals, market opinions, mentor group content, rankings, trending sections, or community activity — is provided for informational, journaling, transparency, educational, and social purposes only.

Nothing in Tradeor should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, copy, follow, or trade any asset, instrument, strategy, user, or account.

Tradeor is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or similar regulated entity with any securities, commodities, or financial regulator in any jurisdiction. No fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created between you and Tradeor, or between you and any other user, by your use of the Service.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

14. Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrencies, equities, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and you may lose more than your initial investment. Funded-account and prop-firm programs carry their own rules, fees, and risks.

Past performance — including any performance displayed on Tradeor — does not guarantee future results. Performance shown on Tradeor may be incomplete, may include demo or simulated accounts, and may not reflect fees, slippage, or taxes.

You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should seek advice from a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before making financial decisions.

15. Trading Signals and Market Opinions

Tradeor may display or allow users to share trading signals, trade alerts, trade ideas, market opinions, or similar content. Such content is user-generated or informational only and is not personalized financial advice. Tradeor does not verify the suitability, accuracy, profitability, legality, or safety of trading signals or market opinions. You should not make trading decisions based only on content shown in Tradeor.

16. Mentor Groups

Tradeor may allow eligible users (for example, users on certain subscription tiers) to create or join mentor groups, in which a group owner or mentors share trades, alerts, and content with group members.

Mentors are independent users. They are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of Tradeor. Tradeor does not vet, license, endorse, or supervise mentors, does not verify their qualifications, and is not responsible for the content, quality, legality, or outcome of any mentor group or mentoring relationship.

Group limits (such as the number of groups or members) depend on subscription tier and may change. If you act as a mentor, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your activity complies with all laws that apply to you, including any licensing or financial-promotion rules in your jurisdiction.

17. Social Features

Tradeor may allow users to follow other users, like posts, comment on posts, send private messages, report content, block users, and interact with the community. You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Tradeor is not responsible for user behavior, user claims, user-generated content, trading claims, private messages, or disputes between users.

18. User Content

You may be able to publish, upload, send, or share content on Tradeor, including trade descriptions, media, profile information, comments, private messages, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content you create, but you grant Tradeor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting), distribute, and use your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and promote Tradeor. This license ends when your User Content is deleted from the Service, except to the extent the content has been shared with others who have not deleted it, appears in backups for a limited period, or must be retained for legal or security reasons.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, and that it is lawful, accurate, and does not violate these Terms or the rights of others. We may remove, restrict, or refuse to display any User Content at our discretion.

19. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Tradeor for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
  • Misrepresent trading performance, identity, account ownership, or broker data.
  • Attempt to manipulate verified trading data or grouped execution displays.
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Publish false, misleading, defamatory, hateful, or deceptive content.
  • Promote scams, fraud, pump-and-dump schemes, deceptive financial services, or illegal activity.
  • Impersonate another person, trader, company, broker, or entity.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, or malicious files.
  • Attempt to bypass security, access unauthorized systems, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or interfere with Tradeor infrastructure.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with subscription gating, plan limits, or payment requirements.
  • Scrape, extract, copy, resell, or misuse Tradeor data without permission, whether via automated bots or manual extraction.
  • Use Tradeor data, interface, logic, or design to design, develop, train, or operate a competing platform, service, dataset, or machine-learning model.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Spam users or send unwanted promotional messages.
  • Use Tradeor to provide regulated financial services without proper authorization.
  • Share broker credentials, API keys, private personal data, or sensitive information publicly.

20. Reports, Blocking, and Moderation

Tradeor may allow users to report content or users and to block other users. Blocking may result in mutual invisibility of profiles and content between the users involved.

We may review, restrict, remove, or moderate content or accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, Tradeor, or third parties. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we believe a user has violated these Terms, manipulated data, abused the platform, harmed other users, or created legal, security, or operational risk.

21. Private Messages

Tradeor may allow private messages between users. Private messages must not be used for spam, harassment, fraud, scams, unlawful activity, unauthorized financial promotion, or abuse.

Tradeor may process, store, review, restrict, or disclose private messages where reasonably necessary for technical operation, moderation, safety, legal compliance, user reports, or enforcement of these Terms.

22. Public and Private Profiles

Users may be able to choose whether their profile is public or private. A public profile may display profile information, verified trade posts, trading statistics, social activity, and other public information. A private profile may limit visibility to users you approve, but it does not prevent Tradeor from processing information for app operation, security, moderation, legal compliance, or enforcement.

You are responsible for understanding your visibility settings and for the content you choose to share.

23. Phone Verification

Tradeor may offer or require phone number verification for certain features or security purposes. Verification codes may be delivered via third-party messaging services such as WhatsApp. You represent that any phone number you submit is your own, and you consent to receiving verification messages at that number. Message and data rates of your carrier or messaging provider may apply.

24. Website Use

Tradeor may operate a website for public pages, support, legal information, marketing, account-related functions, or product access. Use of the website is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

25. Subscriptions and Payments

Tradeor offers optional paid subscription plans — currently Basic, Pro, and Pro+ — available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscription tiers unlock additional features, such as access to certain broker connections, advanced analytics, and mentor group functionality. Current pricing, plan lengths, and included features are displayed in the app and on the website before purchase. Features included in each tier may change over time.

Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple through Apple's In-App Purchase system:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and period you selected unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
  • Deleting the app or your Tradeor account does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription — you must cancel through your App Store account settings.
  • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Except where required by law, amounts already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused features.

If subscriptions are offered through other channels (for example, Google Play or web payment), the payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules of that channel will apply.

We may change subscription prices or features prospectively. Price changes will not apply retroactively, and where the platform requires it, you will be asked to consent to a price increase before it applies to you. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

Some features (such as mentor group capacity) are subject to plan limits, which we may adjust. Downgrading or cancelling a plan may reduce or remove access to gated features and content created with them. If applicable law requires taxes (such as VAT) to be collected on subscriptions, those taxes may be included in, or added to, the displayed price depending on the platform.

26. Promotional and Access Codes

Tradeor may, at its discretion, offer promotional, complimentary, or access codes through the Tradeor website or other channels. Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable unless stated otherwise, may expire or be revoked at any time (including for suspected abuse), and may not be redeemable in certain apps or platforms where marketplace rules restrict them. Access granted by a code may be time-limited and does not create a right to renewal.

27. Apple App Store Terms

If you download or use the Tradeor app from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

  • These Terms are an agreement between you and Tradeor only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Tradeor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
  • The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the app.
  • In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are Tradeor's responsibility.
  • Tradeor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and/or use of the app, including (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
  • In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your possession and use of the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Tradeor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
  • You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app.
  • Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

28. Google Play Terms

If the Tradeor app is made available through Google Play and you download it from there, then in addition to these Terms you must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and Google's billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules apply to purchases made through Google Play.

29. Third-Party Services

Tradeor may integrate with brokers, authentication providers, hosting providers, payment and subscription infrastructure, analytics tools, charting libraries, messaging providers, and other third-party services, including Supabase, Vercel, Expo, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Meta (WhatsApp), broker APIs, and TradingView Lightweight Charts.

Tradeor is not responsible for third-party services, including their availability, security, accuracy, legality, terms, privacy practices, data quality, outages, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

30. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

Tradeor may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that Tradeor will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Features, broker connections, social tools, statistics, signals, rankings, and data displays may change or be removed at any time.

We may offer features identified as beta, preview, or experimental. Such features are provided as-is, may change or be withdrawn at any time, and may be less reliable than other parts of the Service.

31. Intellectual Property and License Restrictions

Tradeor, including its name, logo, design, software, interface (UI/UX), algorithms, API connection logic, features, branding, databases, and original content, is the exclusive property of Tradeor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Tradeor solely for your personal, non-commercial trading, journaling, and social purposes.

You explicitly agree that you shall not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, API configurations, or underlying algorithms of the application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Exploit the platform or create derivative works to build a competitive product.
  • Use automated systems to scrape, harvest, or extract data, user profiles, or trading logic from the platform, including for training machine-learning or AI models.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding Tradeor are entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

32. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Tradeor infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, send a notice to tradmark.info@gmail.com including: (a) identification of the protected work; (b) identification and location (link) of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content, notify the user who posted it, and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

33. Account Deletion, Termination, and Enforcement

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting tradmark.info@gmail.com. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel it through your App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms — especially regarding intellectual property theft, unauthorized commercial use, manipulation of verified data, or creating legal, security, or operational risk — or where required by law.

Upon termination or deletion: your license to use the Service ends; we may delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy; and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 12–14, 18, 25–27, and 31–41) will survive.

Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of a breach of Section 19 (Prohibited Conduct) or Section 31 (Intellectual Property), Tradeor reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including seeking immediate injunctive relief to stop the unauthorized use, as well as claiming financial damages, including statutory damages where applicable without the need to prove actual financial loss.

34. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tradeor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and data completeness.

Tradeor does not guarantee trading results, data accuracy, broker availability, user trustworthiness, mentor quality, signal profitability, platform uptime, or uninterrupted access.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

35. Assumption of Risk and Release

You understand and agree that you use Tradeor, and act on any information found on it, at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Tradeor and its operators, owners, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or connected to trading decisions you make, disputes with other users, mentor relationships, copied or followed trades, or content published by other users.

36. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradeor and its operators, owners, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, lost opportunities, loss of data, loss of goodwill, account restrictions, financial losses, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Tradeor is not responsible for trading losses, broker errors, market movements, user decisions, copied trades, signals, user-generated content, incorrect data, missing data, third-party outages, unauthorized access caused by user negligence, or misuse of broker credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Tradeor for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to Tradeor for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) fifty US dollars (US $50).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

37. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tradeor and its operators, owners, contractors, partners, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of Tradeor; your trading activity or trading decisions; your broker connections; your content; your activity as a mentor or group owner; your private messages or interactions with other users; your violation of these Terms; your violation of law or third-party rights; or your misuse of data, signals, broker credentials, or social features.

38. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute relating to these Terms or Tradeor will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

To the extent permitted by applicable law: (a) any claim must be brought within twelve (12) months after the cause of action arises, or be permanently barred; and (b) all claims must be brought in a party's individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you live, where those protections cannot be waived by contract.

39. Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not use, export, or re-export the Service except as authorized by applicable law. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident of, any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a sanctioned or restricted party under any applicable sanctions or export-control lists.

40. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including through the app, push notifications, and email, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

41. General Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features, are the entire agreement between you and Tradeor regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of the Service, including to a company formed to operate the Service.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, pandemic, internet or infrastructure failures, or third-party service outages.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except as expressly stated in Section 27 (Apple App Store Terms), these Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights.

Headings and Language. Headings are for convenience only. If these Terms are translated, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

42. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users — for example through the app, by email, or by updating the effective date at the top of this page — before or when the changes take effect. Your continued use of Tradeor after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel any subscription as described in Section 25.
