1. Overview
Tradeor offers optional paid subscription plans as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The plans currently offered and their prices are shown on the Pricing page and on the Subscription page in your account settings before you buy.
This policy explains how to cancel a subscription and how refunds are handled. The rules that apply to you depend on where you purchased: on the Tradeor website, through the Apple App Store, or through Google Play.
This policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
2. Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the price and billing period you selected (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You are charged at the start of each billing period. Current pricing and included features are shown in the app and on the website before you purchase, and any price change is applied prospectively — we will not charge a new price for a period you already paid for, and where the payment platform requires it, you will be asked to consent to a price increase before it applies to you.
3. Purchases Made on the Tradeor Website
Subscriptions purchased on the Tradeor website are sold by Tradeor. We are the supplier of the subscription, this policy is ours, and any consumer rights you have in respect of the subscription are owed to you by us. Payment is processed by Whop Inc., which acts as merchant of record for card-network and payment-settlement purposes and appears as the payment processor on your card or bank statement. Tradeor is identified as the supplier at checkout and on your receipt.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page in your Tradeor account settings, using the "Cancel subscription" button. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then. You can also cancel from your Whop account, under Orders on the website or Manage memberships in the Whop app, where your receipts for these purchases are kept. If either route does not work for you, email billing@tradeor.app and we will cancel it for you.
Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods or unused features after a billing period has begun. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or purchased in error, contact us at billing@tradeor.app within 14 days of the charge. Refund decisions for a website purchase are ours, not Whop's. We review refund requests in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion; where we approve one, Whop processes the reversal on our instruction, back to your original payment method. Whop may separately reverse a payment where a payment-layer problem, a card-issuer chargeback, or applicable law or card-network rules require it.
Statutory withdrawal (EU / UK and similar). If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal (such as the 14-day "cooling-off" right in the EU and UK), you may cancel within that period for a full refund, subject to that law. Where you ask us to begin providing the subscription immediately during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed your withdrawal right may no longer apply, and that for partial performance a proportionate amount may be deducted, as permitted by that law.
4. Apple App Store Purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, your subscription is charged to your Apple ID and managed by Apple.
- Cancelling: Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal charge.
- Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's policies, not by Tradeor. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Deleting the app or your Tradeor account does not by itself cancel an App Store subscription — you must cancel through your Apple ID settings.
5. Google Play Purchases
If subscriptions are offered through Google Play and you subscribed there, the purchase is charged to your Google account and managed by Google. You can cancel from the Google Play Store (Subscriptions), and Google's billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules apply to those purchases.
6. Effect of Cancellation or Downgrade
When a subscription ends, or when you downgrade to a lower tier, access to features gated behind the previous tier — such as certain broker connections, advanced analytics, and mentor group capacity — may be reduced or removed. Content or configurations created using gated features may become inaccessible while you are on a lower tier. Cancelling does not delete your account or your journal data; to delete your account, see Section 33 of our Terms of Use.
7. Promotional and Complimentary Access
Promotional codes, complimentary plans, and access codes have no cash value, are non-refundable, and may be time-limited or revoked in line with our Terms of Use. No refund is due for access granted at no charge.
8. How to Contact Us
For any cancellation help, refund request, or billing question, contact us at billing@tradeor.app. Please include the email address on your account and, if available, your payment receipt or order reference so we can locate your purchase quickly. We aim to respond to billing enquiries promptly.
